COACH
Why is being a certified coach important?
Coaching is becoming more widely accepted and adopted by individuals and organisations for the transformative results and benefits it generates. Working with individuals and teams on sometimes deeply personal and sensitive aspects of their personal and professional lives requires high levels of competency, skill, knowledge and training as well as personal and professional integrity and ethics.

I am an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC). To call myself a professional coach means I have been trained by an accredited school and credentialed through one of the recognised coaching accreditation bodies (The Association for Coaching (AC), and The International Coach Federation (ICF)). It also means I have achieved the highest standards the profession requires, bring quality and excellence to my clients, and my clients can be sure as a member of both these bodies, I adhere to the ethics and standards held by the ICF and AC to maintain professionalism at all times.

My coaching qualification was achieved through a mixture of learning, practice and reflection by one of the best coach training schools in the country - Animas Centre for Coaching.

The qualification is recognised by the International Coach Federation as providing more than twice the amount of required Approved Coach Specific Training Hours to become credentialed with the ICF, and is also an Accredited Diploma in Coach Training by Association for Coaching, the UK’s largest professional body. This distinction makes it one of the very few coaching qualifications in the world to hold this level of accreditation.

I also hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Relational Coaching in Practice from the Centre for Executive Coaching at Ashridge HULT, so am also a certified and accredited Executive Coach from one of the foremost coaching schools in the country.

The combination of my coaching training and accreditation, my training in stress management, wellbeing and resilience, and my personal and professional experience is the key to the creative, rigorous, Integrative and holistic approach I bring to my work with my clients.

Coupled with my firm commitment to my own personal and professional development through my love of learning, natural curiosity and ongoing training, my clients are assured of the benefits from the latest thinking and most up to date research in these fields.
