Patricia Ezechie is a Career, Resilience and Wellbeing Expert and an Executive Coach. She is also a qualified Yoga and Stress Management Practitioner, and it is this coupled with her personal experiences of having Chronic Fatigue for six years that fuels her passion to support others in ensuring they prioritise their health and wellbeing, manage their stress and stay well and happy.
